Can Mallorca Collection cancel a booking?
Yes, but just in rare occasions when the owner has not fulfilled the conditions agreed when becoming a Mallorca Collection host:
- If you have not replied to a
check-in related message or any attempt of getting in touch with you
within two weeks.
- Failing to show as arranged with your guests in the check-in.
- Detecting any scam, fraudulent information or payments from yourself to the guest or vice versa.
Notice that we will only cancel a booking if the owner deceives us in some way, therefore in such cancellations no payments will be made to the host.
