About this villa
This fabulous holiday villa enjoys a unique Mallorcan charm and stylish design that creates harmony and a wonderful ambience both inside the house and in the outside areas. Finca Es Rafal is located in a blossoming landscape filled with almond trees. It's a peaceful and picturesque location at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, yet a well-connected area only five minutes' walk from the beautiful village of Alaró, in the heart of Mallorca.
This large stone-lined villa has 3 airy bedrooms in the main house and a separate guest or service apartment with a bedroom en suite. The indoors can be accessed through different sliding windows that connect with the outdoor terraces and the pool. There is a flowering Mediterranean garden with aromatic plants, a turquoise saltwater swimming pool and many areas to relax under pleasant shade. Enjoy the warm sun and have barbecues with family and friends in the different dining areas. If that's not enough, there's a jacuzzi to enjoy outside, too.
Finca Es Rafal has a bright and airy kitchen with a large island, plus a delightful living room with high ceilings and exposed wooden beams. On the same level, we find one bedroom with ensuite bathroom, an independent bathroom and a glass-panelled room of 70 m2 with lots of natural light that is used as a lounge and dining area. On the upper floor, there is a cosy living room, a workspace and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, of which the spacious master bedroom also has a separate dressing room. A rooftop terrace of about 15 m2 offers unparalleled views of the village, the mountains and the surroundings.
Located close to the villa, we find an independent guest house with a cosy bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. It also has nearby parking and a beautiful outdoor area with flowering plants and trees. Further features include air conditioning, underfloor heating, double-glazed windows, Sky TV and natural oak flooring. There is also a tennis court.
Access
The first sight you get of the villa is when you enter the estate through the cypress-lined driveway and you see the stone gate at the end of it.

Location
The Neighborhood
Alaró is a hidden gem at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains. A traditional town where locals and foreigners come together in a peaceful way of life, but on bustling squares and terraces. The village is located in the centre of the island, perfectly positioned for lovers of cycling, hiking or climbing.
The main attraction in Alaró is the Castell d’Alaro, set atop a mountain with some medieval ruins. But what is really impressive are the views from up there looking at the entire island of Mallorca and the Sierra de Tramuntana. You can access with a two-hour hike from the town or it's possible to drive part of the way up, parking at the restaurant Es Verger, famed for its roast lamb. Once you reach the ruins of the castle you are rewarded with breathtaking views. You can admire the Mallorcan countryside stretching all the way to the bay of Palma while enjoying a well-earned drink from the bar.

Cancellation
- If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
