Finca Eva is a beautiful hideaway within a private estate in Alaró. Pleasantly surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and the majestic Tramuntana mountain range, the villa offers a harmonious blend of modern luxury and Mallorcan charm, with absolute privacy, tranquillity and intimacy.

This exquisite villa is spread over three floors. It has six thoughtfully designed bedrooms, four of which have en-suite bathrooms and terraces, providing an ideal balance of communal areas and intimate retreats.

There is also a large living room with fireplace and three dining rooms, one of which is under a charming wisteria veranda. Here are the other two lovely bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and its own walk-in dressing room, both with direct access outside to a beautiful terrace with views of the countryside. A small gem of the house is the wine cellar where you can enjoy red and white wines from a local winery, as well as olive oil produced on the Finca Son Borras estate.

Outdoors, the property boasts a 13X5 private pool with a large solarium, and several beautiful sun terraces, including a dining area shaded by an olive tree—perfect for al fresco dining. Finca Eva is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation. The fragrant lavender and colourful bougainvillea complement the landscape dominated by centuries-old olive trees and cypresses. 

The property adopts a sustainable approach, opting for ceiling fans, aerothermics and promoting eco-friendly practices, such as encouraging the use of glass bottles for filtered water to minimise plastic waste. An osmosis system is available.

Upon entering the property through the automatic barrier at the main entrance, you get access to the your small private mountain. Descending to the lower part of the estate, there's a quaint stone house designated for bicycle parking, inclusive of a small repair corner. A few metres further on you reach the house, which is centrally located and offers wonderful views over the estate.
