This magnificent property is situated in the north of Mallorca in an exclusive neighbourhood near Alcudia town. The villa enjoys stunning Mediterranean sea views and a large garden with an enormous pool. This luxury estate is located on 12,000m² of land and has over 1,000m² of terraces. The villa can accommodate up to 20 guests, distributed between the main house and a separate guest house.

There are lush Mediterranean gardens, ample lawns and various outdoor areas where you can enjoy the sun or shade. You will be wowed by its huge heated pool and a nearby jacuzzi and sauna. There is an outdoor kitchen and two outdoor dining areas all with sun shade and comfy seating. The modern, contemporary style of the house gives a feeling of space, light and comfort.

High-quality materials such as stone paving and oak flooring combine with a palette of light tones and bespoke furnishings. The eight bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms, with the loft bedroom ideal for children. The master suite has a dressing room, private lounge area and large bathroom, as well as a private terrace with views over the sea towards Formentor.

• This villa has a maximum capacity of 16 guests, however there is a possibility to increase the capacity for 20 guests, booking the additional Guest House on an extra cost.
