Bella Mirada Townhouse

This townhouse is an ideal holiday retreat to enjoy the best beaches on the island and the culture of a traditional Mallorcan town. Arta has various different tourist attractions thanks to its history, its market, the hikes in the Llevant mountain range and of course the beaches of the northeast of Mallorca.

Here you will find everything you need for an entertaining vacation but with the great comfort that the house offers. From private parking to a roof terrace with sun loungers, views and a jacuzzi.  Bella Mirada has an exquisite interior design combining local art with quality finishes.

On the lower floor of this house we find the entrance with a guest bathroom, a living room with a large TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy dining room. The kitchen has access to the patio which we cross to arrive at a sitting room with stairs to the second floor. This patio is perfect for taking lunch "al fresco" in the shade.

On the second floor we find three double bedrooms; one of them is a spacious and immaculate master bedroom with a private bathroom. Next to the master we find another spacious bedroom with terrace. On this floor we also have an equipped gym. The bedroom located in the separate building has an en-suite bathroom with shower and private access to the patio. 

Finally, on the upper floor of the main building we have a work room with a sofa, piano,  guitar, monitors and a terrace. Right in front of this, we have the main terrace with a Jacuzzi, sun loungers and a porch with a breakfast table.

Not suitable for small children or people with reduced mobility.
