About this villa
This magnificent, luxury-level property is set in one of the island's most exclusive neighbourhoods, a short walk from the Bendinat coast and a quick drive from several golf courses and the swanky Puerto Portals marina. The villa is also located 15 minutes from the centre of Palma, with its great shopping and dining scene. Spread across two levels, this stylish 500m2 home has living and outdoor spaces connected by large sliding windows. A top highlight is an elegant emerald marble swimming pool with an infinity edge, which is surrounded by wood decking stone and manicured grass.
Three of the bedrooms are distributed across the ground floor, some with direct access to the outside and all with natural light. The master bedroom is a work of art with its oversized bed overlooking the terrace and views out to sea.
A large rooftop terrace overlooks the swimming pool and garden allowing for an indoor-outdoor feel when in either space, thanks to the generously sized bay windows, which fold back into a clean fold. The well-kept gardens include lemon and pomegranate trees as well as a pleasant lawn.
Things to know about Villa Rossegada
- Access to the sea is just two minutes on foot.
- The villa has outdoor parking with access through a narrow driveway, so we recommend parking on the main road less than a minute walk from the house.
- Villa Rossegada only accepts bookings from Saturday to Saturday. Flexible in low season from November to March (except Easter and Christmas).

The Neighborhood
Bendinat is a residential neighbourhood, located by the sea, close to the centre of Palma which is around 15 minutes by road. It's 20 minutes drive from the airport and five minutes from one of Mallorca's most modern marinas, Puerto Portals. You'll find sandy beaches within five minutes' walk and easy access to some lovely restaurants, shops and beach clubs. Access to the sea is just two minutes on foot.

You can request early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do its best to accommodate any request according to availability.
House rules
- Children welcome (1-12 years)
- Infants welcome (under 12 months)
- The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
- It is mandatory to respect the maximum occupancy during the whole stay.
- Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.
- Pets are not allowed
- No loud noise after 11.00pm
- Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property
Cancellation
- If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
