Casa Mana

A meticulous renovation has brought this old farmhouse into the 21st century while preserving the timeless charm of the original architectural feature.  

A pair of old wooden doors at the main entrance leads you into the warm and welcoming hallway of Casa Mana. You immediately breathe in the authentic spirit of the house and the hint of the property's rural heritage, with its stone floors and beamed ceilings and ochre walls. Casa Mana is a Majorcan farmhouse that has been lovingly restored with a careful attention to sustainability and a genuine interest in preserving the bond with the surrounding nature, immersed in absolute and warm tranquillity. The style is at once understated, informal and eclectic, a mix of bespoke handcrafted pieces, contemporary art, designer furniture and echoes of rusticity.

Casa Mana is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 8 people. A door to the right of the entrance leads to the first of the house's four bedrooms, a large double room with an exposed stone wall, tiled floors, views of the garden and a bathroom with shower. To the left a flight of stairs leads to the first floor and the other three bedrooms. A generously sized double master bedroom with a triptych of windows overlooking the pool and the Serra de Tramuntana, here the elegant black bathtub offers such an incredible and sensational view.  The other two bedrooms, one twin and one double, with a beautiful view of the garden, share a bathroom with shower.

Back at the entrance, a door on the left leads to a large living area with double-height ceilings, exposed stone walls and a mezzanine. A perfect place to enjoy moments of relaxation and evasion, in the company of a good book. 
The living heart of the house is an open space with polished concrete floors, high ceilings with wooden beams and a pair of large sliding glass doors giving access to the terraces and gardens. The contemporary graphite black kitchen with a large island, a round dining table in the centre and a comfortable seating area with a fireplace. The kitchen, dining room and living room open onto the main terrace, furnished with a dining table and benches.

At Casa Mana there are many options for enjoying the Mediterranean outdoor lifestyle, from the terraces surrounding the house to the extensive vegetable gardens and orchards that compose the extensive organic estate that surrounds it. The beautiful 15-metre swimming pool, with its shaded seating area and barbecue, is just a few steps away. There is no better place to admire the surrounding mountains and views and breathe in the gentle breeze of the Serra de Tramuntana. 

Casa Mana only accepts arrivals and departures on Saturdays or Sundays.  7-day minimum stay policy bookings during the high season. Flexible in low season (4 nights)
