Seadream Villa is a unique breathtaking villa located in a privileged position right on the seafront with stunning interrupted views and direct access to sea.

Less than a 5-minute (300 metres) stroll away you will find the warm and soft sandy beach of Cala Vinyes, awarded with the international Blue Flag for its water quality and safety. From the mooring next to the beach, you can take a boat trip to see the dolphins, to other beaches, spend a day at sea or even sightseeing into Palma! There is even a speedboat trip.
Also, Cala Cap Falcó Beach, which is 10 minutes away by car, has won top prize in the Beach-Inspector Beach Awards under the Special Ambiance section.

Seadream Villa is a sophisticated and extremely spacious property. The living room of 80 m2, equipped with a gigantic 75 inch TV Flat screen, and the dining room of 40 m2 are comfortable areas designed with stunning panoramic sea views perfect for relaxing or socializing. 

The kitchen is fully equipped and has many extra and personal touches. It has three fridges (one a large double door American fridge with an ice automatic making machine), Nespresso coffee machines and a professional oven.

The villa has many outdoor terraces with sun loungers and sofas, and the main external dining terrace includes a solid teak dining table and benches and a professional barbecue, along with a heated infinity pool that blends perfectly with the sea. In addition, should you need to work peacefully or quietly concentrating on any business needs you can do so in the separate library and study.

The five unique bedrooms and study with a double futon sofa bed are all en-suite, equipped with televisions, bowers and wilkins wireless sound systems or iphone/ ipod speakers.

All bedrooms on the upper floor are designed with spectacular sea views and large external terraces. The main suite has a private terrace and an enormous walk-through dressing room as well as an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and access to a second bathroom with massage shower.

This villa is perfectly suited for families but also companies for its independent fully equipped high tech meeting and family games room that leads onto an inspiring mega view terrace that enhances positive energy.

• From May 31 to September 26, arrivals and departures are required on Saturdays. Outside of this period, the arrival day is flexible.

• Seadream Villa features a fantastic infinity pool, offering swimmers stunning views while in the pool. For children security a special child proof fence is available.
• The house features the highest level of technology offering Loewe Home Cinema System for your DVDs plus a Bowers and Wilkins wireless sound system so that you can enjoy all your favorite music all over the living room. A second Bose sound system is available for use in the Jacuzzi chill out lounge or the external terraces.
