The Seabreeze Villa

The Seabreeze villa truly lives up to its name with its stunning sea views and unique location. It has a rather peaceful atmosphere with its elegant design continuing all around the house. The first thing you notice upon entering this villa is the large sea-facing windows which bring in a flood of natural light, as well as stunning views of the turquoise Mediterranean sea. It is a real privilege to be on the seafront on one of the most unspoiled coasts of Mallorca. You will be within walking distance of the most famous sandy beaches in Mallorca, such as Es Caragol – an authentic paradise that truly rivals the Caribbean.

The living room, which has access to the large front terrace, features sleek and warm Scandinavian design with designer couches and comfy chairs surrounding the fireplace. Here you can imagine laughs and good memories being shared, among the carefully chosen pieces of furniture and art. All of this creates a cosy relaxed atmosphere where you don’t have to worry, you can just live in the moment surrounded by those special to you.

Once you go up a floor you find three individual bedrooms each featuring its own bathroom and the elegant master bedroom, which is the crown jewel of this house. With its own ensuite bathroom, it is as elegant and comfortable as it gets with a direct view out to the sea. Completing the house is a modern kitchen, which is accompanied by the same level of elegant design, and next to it is the dining table that is accompanied by art pieces of its own.

Please note that in room 3 and 4 there is one large single bed of 105 cm ( ideal for adults) and one single bed of 80 cm for children. They cannot be joined together to make a double bed.

With its direct beach location, The Seabreeze Villa does not have a pool.
