Villa Joya

Villa Joya is a beautiful house built in the traditional Majorcan style with stone walls, recently renovated and refurbished with a lot of style and elegance, bringing it a fresh, contemporary touch. It offers beautiful living areas designed to welcome friends and family with joy and homely warmth. The villa is bright and spacious, enjoys beautiful views of the village of Deià, the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains, and offers great privacy yet is within walking distance of all amenities.

Both the interiors of the villa, decorated with comfortable sofas and original artworks and the outdoor spaces, confirm the great care and deep attention to detail that the owner has given to his welcoming home. At the back there is a swimming pool and a cosy, sunny garden, ideal for sunbathing, while the front terrace invites to sit and enjoy a late afternoon aperitif or sip a glass of good wine while contemplating the show as the sun drops.

The villa is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 8 persons in its 4 bedrooms. Entering on the left is the cosy living-dining room with an open concept with a large table for up to 10 persons and sofas around the fireplace and the fully equipped kitchen. From here a French window gives access to the terrace with views of the picturesque village of Deià and views of the sea. To the right of the entrance is a second elegant living area with armchairs and sofas with access to both the front terrace and the loggia at the back of the house overlooking the courtyard with a built-in professional barbecue and a dining table for 8 guests.

Upstairs there are 4 ensuite bedrooms, all with air conditioning and fans. The master bedroom has its own balcony and a panoramic view. A double bedroom (which can be twin on request) has a lovely view of the city and the third bedroom has two single beds, ideal for children. One of the four bedrooms is located in a wing with a separate entrance from the courtyard via a stone staircase, making it independent of the rest of the house if desired. It has a king-size four-poster bed and a study area and boasts a private garden. The en-suite bathroom, located in a turret, is a true style statement, with its freestanding bathtub and windows open in all directions, offering beautiful mountain views.

The traditional cobbled courtyard leads to the well-curate garden and the generous 10m x 4m heated saltwater pool. Here you will find a pleasant, shaded pergola to enjoy al fresco dining with your loved ones. The house also offers a double garage and parking for a further 2 or 3 cars.

Villa Joya is ideal for a holiday or getaway at any time of year. In the winter months, it has central heating and a cosy fireplace to enjoy all the comforts and collect unforgettable memories in one of Mallorca's most beloved destinations. Deià is a picturesque village nestled in the heart of the Tramuntana mountain range, near a rugged coastline with spectacular views of the Mediterranean and with its dramatic sea cliffs offering beautiful scenery.

Villa Joya only accepts Friday-Friday bookings during medium and high season.
