About this villa
This traditionally stone-built luxury villa is located in an idyllic area of Mallorca with stunning sea views, its own garden and private swimming pool. It is located only 5 minutes walk from Deia town and 20 minutes walk from beautiful Cala Deia beach.
The house has traditional Mallorcan high ceilings, wooden beams and terracotta floors. You will find it furnished to a very high standard and decorated with artwork from local artists. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and beautiful views of the coastline.
The house is well appointed to be the perfect place to relax. It has a large, private swimming pool equipped with wooden sun loungers and lovely sea and mountain views. The dining terrace near the pool invites you to a space of calm whilst enjoying the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean.

The pretty little bay of 'Cala Deia' offers crystal-clear waters for swimming and on the coast just off Deia is 'Sa Foradada', one of the best place to admire a spectacular sunset.

- It is mandatory to respect the maximum occupancy during the whole stay.
- Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.
- Outdoor fire is forbidden from May to October.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property
- Pets are not allowed
- No parties or events
- Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
- No loud noise after 11.00pm
Cancellation
- If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
