About this villa
This exquisite holiday villa sits near the coastline of Formentor and enjoys stunning views out to the Mediterranean. On the outside, it has a pool with a beautiful staircase leading up to the main house where guests can enjoy swimming in the warm Mediterranean weather.
The villa has various terraces where you can enjoy the lovely views in the company of family or friends. The interior is cosy and welcoming and features traditional Mallorcan design and decor. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating surrounding a television and enjoys amazing views of the sea as it is connected to a balcony. This is a space you can spend time relaxing after a long day or enjoying lovely balcony sunsets.
Furthermore, the ground floor has a relaxing spa area consisting of a jacuzzi and a sauna. Kids will love this place too, since they have plenty of space to run around in, a pool to swim in and also a game room. This villa has five bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 guests. The rooms are cosy and enjoy comfortable beds and a relaxed atmosphere. The rooms each enjoy private bathrooms with the house having eight in total to improve your comfort and privacy during your stay.
The villa is finished off with a spacious modern kitchen equipped with all the accessories you’ll need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The villa has a wonderful dining area looking out at the stunning sea views. The villa also has an outside dining area where you can enjoy meals in the beautiful Mallorcan summer.

The Neighborhood
Cap de Formentor is on the northern tip of Mallorca, where the Tramuntana mountain range reaches the Mediterranean. Formentor is one of the most unspoilt places on the island, where an incredible white sand beach with crystal clear water is found. This lovely pine-backed beach is at the foot of this magnificent villa. You also have the opportunity to discover other hidden beaches and coves on the peninsula. To enjoy nice restaurants and leisure activities, we recommend the pretty town of Puerto Pollensa nearby.

You can request early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do its best to accommodate any request according to availability.
House rules

- The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
- It is mandatory to respect the maximum occupancy during the whole stay.
- Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.

- Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property
Cancellation
- If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
