About this villa
The village this villa sits in is certainly nothing ordinary. Fornalutx is commonly known as the prettiest village in Spain. The same can be said about the surroundings, the area is filled with beautiful traditional houses and they all contribute to making this area special.
The outside of the villa starts off with a lovely garden with stunning views of the village and the valley. The crowning gem of this villa is its swimming pool, which unlike most swimming pools is located indoors enabling guests to take a dip whenever they feel like it independent of the weather. Moving on inside, the villa combines its traditional appearance with luxurious and modern furnishing.
The living room for instance features traditional decor as well as comfortable and luxurious sofas to give you a comfortable and plush experience during your stay. The sofas surround a cosy fireplace and television and they make this space perfect for chilly evenings when you just want to sit beside the fire and relax.
The villa has four comfortable bedrooms each accompanied by a private bathroom. The rooms are sleek and elegant and they ensure a comfortable and undisturbed rest during your stay. Three of them have king-size beds and one has two single beds. The best thing about the room is the fact that they all have views of the stunning mountain range giving you the chance to wake up to the sun rising over the beautiful valley.
Completing the villa is a vast fully equipped kitchen and dining area to enjoy your meals, as well as many terraces and balconies from which to drink and dine while enjoying the views.

The Neighborhood
Fornalutx is a peaceful and modest town in the Tramuntana region, which has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its traditional red roofs, stoned buildings and impressive landscapes are truly captivating for visitors. Fornalutx is a town where to relax and breathe the fresh air. As well as its charm, it is nestled in between different areas of the island well-known by locals and foreigners alike, such as Deià, Sóller and Port de Sóller – all of them a short drive distance from Fornalutx. To round off its convenient location, it must be said that outdoor activities lovers will find lots to keep them happy too, including golf courses in Son Termens, sailing at Port de Sóller, or hiking around the Tramuntana Sierra.

House rules

- The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
- It is mandatory to respect the maximum occupancy during the whole stay.
- Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property
- Pets are not allowed without authorization
- Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
- No parties or events
Cancellation
- If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
