About this villa
This large and rustic mansion is located in the countryside near the bustling town of Manacor. Enjoy its comfortable swimming pool area with incredible views of the vineyards. Inside and outside the house you can appreciate the high-quality materials with which the villa has been built.
The villa has six airy bedrooms consisting of one master suite, three queen suites, and two junior suites. All of the bedrooms are equipped with dedicated heating and air conditioning. There are a total of eight bathrooms, four of them with full ensuite bathrooms, one full bathroom shared with two large bedrooms, a full bathroom serving the pool area, and two-half bathrooms serving the lower-level kitchen and dining room areas. Additionally to the bathrooms, you can find several living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens with dining room areas, and a large dining room terrace to enjoy the sunset.
The two kitchens are fully equipped with all features, silverware, dinnerware, and appliances necessary for your enjoyment and can handle groups of 12 and more guests. The first-floor kitchen has access to the main dining room and terrace dining room. The lower-level kitchen serves the large banquet-style dining room and pool dining area. In the residence, you will also find two spacious living rooms with a large game table and a TV area with an enclosed wood-burning fireplace.

Due to its location, Manacor, and Can Corem are minutes away from the coast area and beautiful beaches like Porto Cristo (9 km away), S’Illot (12 km away), Sa Coma (16 km away), and many more. In the port of Porto Cristo, you can enjoy boat rentals, scuba diving, boat trips, and charming seafront terraces.

Cancellation
- If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
