Villa Ambar

Villa Ambar is a newly renovated 6 bedroom holiday villa in the residential area of La Font, just a short walk from the charming village of Pollensa in northern Mallorca. 

Entering through the front gate, there is a short driveway where you can safely park your car and a bicycle garage and workbench for cyclists. To the right of the garage is the entrance door to Villa Ambar, which, thanks to its modern renovation, immediately offers a great sense of space. Bright white walls, fixtures and furnishings are emphasised by wonderful colour and decoration. 

Walk down the steps from the entrance and you enter the kitchen/dining area with all modern conveniences arranged around a large central island and a huge wooden dining table seating 12.

On the other side of the dividing wall of this open-plan space is the living room, dominated by large comfortable sofas and designer armchairs. A lounge area around the fireplace and a more cozy space with a wall-mounted flat screen TV with large windows on the southeast side of the room opens onto a large partially covered terrace with dining furniture and sun loungers.

The 6 bedrooms, 4 of which are in the main house, are all en-suite - the first is to the left of the main entrance, through a small corridor where there is also a guest toilet and a laundry room - up the stairs there is a private double bedroom with access to a large roof terrace with a couple of sun loungers.

The second of the bedrooms is located just before entering the kitchen, this bedroom also has a satellite TV. Opposite this door, to the right of the entrance, is the master suite, which has a double bed, a large wardrobe, a private bathroom, a satellite TV and direct access to the garden. At the end of this bedroom is the fourth and last bedroom of the main house: it has two single beds and a bathroom with shower.

The last two bedrooms are located off of the terrace in an independent apartment, again with en suite bathrooms.

The highlight of Villa Ambar's garden is the deep blue swimming pool, surrounded by an elegant paved patio and luxurious sun loungers and parasols, while on the west side of the property are several terraces with lawns, a great play area for children

With Pollensa just a short walk from the villa and the beaches of Cala San Vicente only a 5-minute drive away, Villa Ambar is the perfect property for large families and groups wishing to be off the beaten track but within reasonable distance of all attractions and amenities.
