The villa is a charming traditional finca, recently built in the classic style of Majorcan country houses, in local stone and traditional design, but with remarkable modern and minimalist interiors to the highest quality standards. An elegant and neutral décor marks the character of this precious villa.
Situated on a country estate, Villa Can Robles enjoys a privileged location between the exclusive cobbled old town of Pollença, just 2 km away, and the elegant marina of Port de Pollença and beautiful beaches are less than a 15-minute drive away. The surrounding area is typical Mallorcan countryside, the perfect setting for a luxury escape in the Balearics.
The open-plan design of the kitchen and living area creates a feeling of space and the clean, fresh lines give the interior a fresh, relaxed feel.
Each of the four generously proportioned bedrooms is air-conditioned. There is a 1 twin bedroom with a separate bathroom and 3 double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms upstairs. Among them the spacious master bedroom with king bed, en-suite bathroom and with large open terrace overlooking the pool and tennis court.
The private sapphire-coloured swimming pool is located at the front of the house, surrounded by olive and cypress trees, and the comfortable covered terrace is perfect for relaxing in secluded privacy.
Strolling through the beautifully manicured and mature garden will be a pleasure to enjoy, for the whole family. The large all-weather grass tennis court will be perfect for active guests, while the well-equipped playroom will be a paradise for children.

- The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
- It is mandatory to respect the maximum occupancy during the whole stay.
- Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.
- Outdoor fire is forbidden from May to October.
- Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property
Cancellation
- If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
