About this villa
Villa Sa Torre is an exclusive villa in the exquisite and leafy residential area of El Vila, just a five-minute drive from Puerto Pollensa. The holiday villa has spectacular sea views from its terraces and a large pool. Renovated in 2018, the villa has a perfect location on top of a hill and is surrounded by nature where it dominates the views over the sea and the bay of Puerto Pollensa. The outdoor spaces are perfectly configured so that you can enjoy your holidays to the fullest, soaking up the Mediterranean sun and the sea breeze. Have lunch under the wonderful pergola whilst watching boats sail on the glistening Mediterranean sea or have a cool drink in the comfortable seating area. The pool is large enough to enjoy a refreshing swim on warmer days.
Inside the villa we find four large bedrooms, a double bedroom with a 160cm bed and an ensuite bathroom; a standard double bedroom with a 140cm bed and an ensuite bathroom; a double bedroom with a 180cm bed and a bedroom with twin beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also a 5th bedroom on the lower floor next to the pool which has a lovely, contemporary ensuite bathroom and would be just perfect for grandparents. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The sitting room is large and very welcoming and there is a separate area for watching TV and an office. The kitchen is very well equipped – so many plates! We can provide a chef or a nanny for this property, details are available on request. With central heating throughout, this holiday villa near Puerto Pollensa is ideal for all-year-round holidays. We think it is perfect for a family get-together, cyclists, or anyone looking for a little piece of luxury in the Pollensa/Puerto Pollensa area.

The Neighborhood
In Pollensa you will find shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars as well as the cultural centre and the market of Pollensa. Traditional shops and churches are also present in this historic town. On Sundays, there is a local market where you can browse vegetables, fruit and local organic products directly from the farmers. The beach of Puerto Pollensa is perfect for relaxing in the sun, or for the more active, enjoying water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing or jet skiing. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters. There is a small supermarket as well as several local restaurants. It is divided into four small coves: Cala Barques, Cala Clara, Cala Molins and Cala Carbó.

Cancellation
- If the guest cancels more than 30 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (30% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
