Villa Talitha is a fully newly restored luxurious villa with excellent amenities located in an exclusive and peaceful area with stunning mountain views, just a short walk to the Historic old town of Pollença and a 10 minute drive to the gorgeous beaches of Cala San Vicenç and Puerto Pollensa.

This villa has been tastefully refurbished with modern and luxurious fixtures, and its 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms comfortably accommodate 8 guests. 

On the ground floor, there is the sleek and ultra-modern fitted kitchen with top of the range appliances with a fantastic island and delightful views of the gardens as well as a great dining area. The magnificent living area has been lovingly decorated to highlight the gorgeous views from the terrace through impressive floor-to-ceiling glass doors. In addition, the living room leads to the first en suite bedroom with direct access to the patio through stylish glass doors.

Upstairs, there are 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, all finished to a sublime standard with large built in wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms have Juliette balconies, allowing you to fully enjoy the amazing views of the countryside and mountains, while one even has a luxurious freestanding bathtub. 

Villa Talitha is the perfect holiday withdrawal thanks to its outdoor terraces with tables and plenty of seating for alfresco dining, the wonderfully large private pool for cooling dips or fun splashing around with the kids, the luxurious sun loungers are perfect for sunbathing, and, in addition there is a soft play area with children’s Wendy house for entertaining the little ones.

Refundable damage deposit

This property has a security damage deposit of 1.500€. This amount will be charged with your payment and refunded between 2 and 7 days after check-out.

House rules
  • Children welcome (1-12 years)
  • Infants welcome (under 12 months)
  • The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
  • It is mandatory to respect the maximum occupancy during the whole stay.
  • Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.
  • Outdoor fire is forbidden from May to October.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the property
  • Pets are not allowed
  • No parties or events
  • Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
  • No loud noise after 11.00pm

Cancellation
  • If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (50% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
  • If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
  • If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
