Villa Thera is a beautifully renovated Mallorcan finca, offering a luxurious blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Located in the tranquil area of Pollensa, this stunning villa accommodates up to 10 guests with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, making it perfect for families or large groups. The villa combines traditional elegance with contemporary amenities, providing a peaceful retreat while being just a short distance from the historic town of Pollensa, famous for its picturesque streets, rich culture, and lively markets.

Upon entering Villa Thera through an arched doorway, you are welcomed into a spacious living room overlooking the lush garden. The room features cozy sofas, a traditional fireplace for cooler months, a flat-screen TV, and a small library corner for relaxation. The large eat-in kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a professional gas hob, large oven, fridge/freezer with ice machine, and a breakfast bar for casual dining or socializing.

On the ground floor, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms offer privacy and comfort, each with access to a private cozy green terrace. A dedicated laundry room and a sunny family playroom with a separate TV provide additional convenience and space for guests. The first floor features three more bedrooms: two doubles and one twin, all with fitted wardrobes and stunning countryside views. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the third bedroom shares a family bathroom. Each room is beautifully decorated, ensuring a luxurious stay. Villa Thera is equipped with air conditioning and gas oil central heating for year-round comfort, keeping the villa cool in the summer and warm in the cooler months. 

The villa’s expansive outdoor space is a highlight, with an 11x5-meter private swimming pool as its centerpiece. The pool can be heated upon request and is surrounded by a spacious terrace with sun loungers. Guests can enjoy meals outdoors on the covered terrace, which includes a traditional Mallorcan barbecue and a dining table that seats all guests. The grounds, spanning over 16,000 square meters, offer complete privacy and tranquility, with views of the Pollensa countryside and the Tramuntana mountains. The villa also features a well-maintained olive grove and orchard, where guests can pick fresh fruit, including oranges, mandarins, and lemons.

With modern amenities, beautiful outdoor spaces, and a private pool, Villa Thera offers a memorable Mallorca experience. Located just a 20-minute walk (1.3 km) from Pollensa town, guests can explore the town’s shops, restaurants, and markets. The beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa are a 10-minute drive away, while the dramatic Cap Formentor is also easily accessible. The villa is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, with hiking and cycling opportunities in the nearby Tramuntana mountains and golf courses at Pollensa and Alcanada within a short drive.
