It’s the setting that makes Villa Voltor really special. Sat atop a mountain overlooking its own private valley, the villa enjoys sublime isolation in complete serenity, yet is just a short drive from the markets of Pollensa or the gorgeous beaches of Cap de Formentor. Once you have climbed the short, winding road up to the villa, you’ll feel a world away from the stresses of daily life and close to nature in this oasis of luxury amidst the rugged natural beauty of northern Mallorca. The truly spectacular views are interrupted only by birds circling overhead or the occasional wild mountain goat.
This ancient villa is in complete harmony with its surroundings, built in a traditional style from local, natural materials. The white-washed walls, large windows, elegant decor and wooden touches lend Villa Voltor a light, airy feel, making it a perfect escape on hot summer days. There is a choice of generously sized bedrooms in the villa, most with ensuite bathrooms. The master suite boasts a grand fireplace and seating area, as well as splendid views. You can request early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do its best to accommodate any request according to availability.
House rules

- Infants welcome (under 12 months)
- The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
- It is mandatory to respect the maximum occupancy during the whole stay.
- Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property
- Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed
- Outdoor fire is forbidden.
Cancellation
- If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
