About this villa
This magnificent villa was originally built in the 14th century as a farmhouse where the owner made his own olive oil. It has been lovingly renovated yet still maintains its classic historic style. It's located near the picturesque port of Portocolom and is surrounded by beautiful orchard gardens and fruit trees. It also shares spectacular sea views and is located in an unspoilt area with a golf course and several beaches nearby. This large villa has a beautiful courtyard with the main feature being a large swimming pool.
The pool area is a beautiful place to hang out and relax with friends or loved ones. It's surrounded by trees that provide natural shade and pool chairs to relax in and soak up the sun. It provides you with an opportunity to experience Mallorcan farm life in full comfort. Relic Villa has various terraces, some of them on the roof with some of the most stunning views on the island. You will also be captivated by the beautiful architecture this house has to offer which gives it the feel of a palace.
Inside, the villa is divided into three floors with the communal area being the first floor. On this floor, you can find the stylishly designed living room with its vibrant colours as well as a terrace connected to the living room with stunning views. The living room has a cosy atmosphere and is a place where you can rest your mind, read a book or simply enjoy the company of your friends or family. The 10 bedrooms are on the ground floor and are simply stunning with marble floors, paintings and different colours that immerse you in full comfort, luxury and privacy.
They have massive beds and most of the rooms have a terrace looking onto the sea. The rooms ensure a comfortable stay and enhance your holiday experience. Each of the rooms has ensuite bathrooms to further improve your experience. The house has a kitchen with all the accessories one could need together with a traditional fireplace. Here you can also find an old chapel which is now converted into a multipurpose room.

There are two meeting rooms available, they can be reserved for an additional fee of 250€/day. The new meeting room with 50 m2 has a large screen and two double-sided erasable treads.
It is recommended to hire a private chef, who regularly works on the estate, to handle the supply and preparation of meals and drinks, as well as to ensure that the kitchen and any used spaces are left in the same clean and orderly condition as they were found. The cleaning service does not include the cleaning of the kitchen or utensils, which will be the responsibility of the private chef or the catering service hired. If a chef is not hired for the stay, a mandatory kitchen cleaning fee of 75€/day will apply.

Cancellation
If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (50% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
