Villa Moreral

Villa Moreral is a truly Mediterranean retreat located on the south-east coast of Mallorca, in the picturesque harbour town of Porto Petro. Designed by a renowned architect, this spacious villa blends in with the rugged coastal landscape, offering spectacular views of the Mediterranean and the harbour, as well as direct access to the sea.

Its simple and elegant beauty blends perfectly with its surroundings. The villa consists of two stone buildings: the main house and the guest house, both built on one level.

The main house has a spacious and elegantly designed living and dining area with direct access to the kitchen and adjoining pantry. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and offers a private retreat with expansive sea views. This area of the main house also includes a study with a large single bed adjoining the master bedroom, a further single bedroom with sofa bed with en-suite bathroom for service staff, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a garage.

The guest house, designed to provide additional comfort and privacy, consists of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lounge/diner with its own kitchen. Each room in the guesthouse also opens onto the surrounding terrace.

At the centre of the two buildings is a large outdoor dining and barbecue area, supported by an outdoor kitchen. Here guests can enjoy al fresco dining under the shade, creating a tranquil and inviting atmosphere.

A large 25 metre heated pool, ideal for swimming, comfortable sun loungers and plenty of areas to enjoy the sun or shade, all with spectacular sea views and breathtaking sunsets over Porto Petro. The villa is equipped with modern conveniences to ensure a comfortable stay, including underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout both houses, as well as high speed internet and Wi-Fi access.
