Unforgettable views of the harbour, the bay of Palma, all the way to Ibiza, and the Tramuntana mountain range can be enjoyed from the numerous amazing panoramic terraces and balconies. The mature Mediterranean vegetation that surrounds the villa offers absolute privacy for your holiday.

With its generous 463 m² split on two levels, the villa is suitable for up to six adults. It welcomes you with a bright living area with sofas, digital TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Panoramic windows that create a bright and luminous interior give access to the porched terrace with a dining table and a bbq and an outdoor kitchen corner.

All three air-conditioned bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Two of them offer access to a balcony with a generous sea view. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a large bathtub and a comfortable shower. Two further bathrooms are available, one on the upper floor and one on the ground floor.

In front of the covered veranda, a staircase leads up to the spacious terrace with comfortable sun loungers and parasols and the heated pool with its distinctive shape. Here the wide-open panorama will embrace you and leave you enchanted.

This beautiful villa is perfect for your year-round stay thanks to its underfloor heating and heated swimming pool, all combined with the irresistible pleasure of the indoor sauna that is the perfect complement to the warm welcome offered by the house.

The house offers inviting cosy corners to enjoy the sunny hours or to relax in quiet shaded spots. The villa has an outside parking space for one car and a garage, but parking on the road is also very easy.
