About this villa
This marvellous villa is located high up in the hills of Cala Llamp. It's a perfectly modern, stylish villa ideal for more discerning visitors. From every room of the villa you have fantastic panoramic views overlooking the sea. A generous 875m2 means up to 12 people can enjoy absolute privacy here, as well as one of Mallorca's most exclusive areas next to the famous Puerto de Andratx.
The highlight of the Villa Infinita is the 15x5m heated infinity pool with panoramic views over the sea which are sure to delight. The large outdoor terrace is also covered by a movable canopy and is an ideal spot from which to enjoy the best sunsets on the island. Guests can also take advantage of the villa's top-notch spa and fitness zone. Get fit and train on Technogym fitness equipment with the finest views and slow down and relax in the Klafs 'sanarium' sauna.
The top floor has large master bedrooms, each with bathroom, dressing room and terrace with wonderful sea views. This modern contemporary design gives a feeling of space and light. The spacious main kitchen is found on the terrace level and comes equipped with Gaggenau appliances and a large wine fridge. There are other kitchens on the terrace (great for barbecues!) and in the apartment.
The lower level is home to an apartment with its own living area, terraces with sea views, kitchen and bathroom. This is a very private area, offering the same quality as the main house and only a stone's throw away. In addition, the villa is designed with the utmost care and taste and kitted out with only the very best features and furnishings.
For instance, the high-quality fabrics have been produced from the only weaving mill in Mallorca and all bathrooms have been equipped with Dornbracht taps. Moreover, the house features a collection of museum-quality works of ancient art. The villa has air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout, wifi, alarm system, safe, automatic blinds, BOSE and Bang & Olufsen sound systems, with all systems controlled by iPads provided.

House rules
- The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
- It is mandatory to respect the maximum occupancy during the whole stay.
- Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.
- Pets are not allowed
- No loud noise after 11.00pm
- Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property
Cancellation
- If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
