The Majestic Villa

This ancient luxury villa was built in the 16th century, though it has been newly restored while keeping its Mallorcan character across both exterior and interior spaces. The most outstanding feature of this villa is the hectare area of manicured gardens that surround it, therefore this holiday rental is perfect for nature lovers. The gardens are planted with colourful flowers and there are Arabic fountains and a pond that add a relaxing melody to the scene.

Majestic Villa offers eight spacious suites with their own living room and terrace. Eight unique styles with a capacity for 16 people (or up to 18 people with two additional beds). They're equipped with air conditioning and individual heating, as well as all modern amenities. The indoor spaces are decorated with a mixture of antique and modern design. For instance, the villa has classic arches and an art nouveau balcony. The first floor enjoys spectacular views of the Tramuntana Mountains and the Bay of Alcudia.

The villa is a good choice for both winter and summer, indeed there are two dining rooms, one being warmer than the other. The garden also enjoys a large swimming pool and you will definitely beat cold winters with the fireplaces that almost every room has. Additionally, this holiday rental is completely prepared for events of all types: it has a chapel, catering area and tents for the guests.

• Majestic Villa is equipped with a tennis court, football field and a large pool with a sunbed area where you can enjoy your  evening cocktails.
• To rent the villa, the hiring of a chef service is mandatory (minimum half-board throughout the stay).
