Refundable damage deposit

This property has a security damage deposit of 1.500€. This amount will be charged with your payment and refunded between 2 and 7 days after check-out.

Cancellation
  • If the guest cancels more than 30 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (30% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
  • If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
  • If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
