About this villa
This amazing manor house built at the end of the 19th century has been newly refurbished with modern and luxurious fixtures.
It is located in an exclusive and peaceful area with stunning mountain views just 10 minutes walking from the center of the wonderful village of Santa Maria and very close to several of the most famous wineries in the area.
Villa Matas comfortably accommodate 16 guests in its 8 rooms. All the rooms are unique, with a special decoration and configuration as a large part of the original structure of the house has been preserved.
The rooms are located in the upper floors of the building, except for a double room adapted for people with reduced mobility, which is located on the ground floor. All rooms have an en suite bathroom, TV, air conditioning, wardrobe and stunning views of the village, the garden or the Tramuntana mountains. Additional to the 8 bedrooms, there is a multi porpose room configured as reading and gaming room, with its own bathroom
The villa is surrounded by a spectacular garden of 8,000 m2 designed according to Mallorcan customs. It is also surrounded by fields with more than 800 orange trees and its own garden with vegetables, fruit, and aromatic plants.
The enormous swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful solarium and a barbecue where you can relax and enjoy the sun with views of the Tramuntana mountain range. Also outside, there is a kitchen and barbecue to enjoy cooking and eating outdoors and a large table to sit at. It also has parking space for 5 vehicles and space to store and fix bicycles.
Villa Matas has everything you need for a comfortable stay and to enjoy an unforgettable holiday, whether you come to rest, practice your favourite sport or discover our wonderful island.
Pool features
The swimming pool is located in the northern part of the garden in an elevated area with an infinity pool effect. It measures 20 x 8 metres. It has a shallow section and a larger section that reaches a depth of 2 metres.
Around it, there is a solarium with 12 sun loungers, tables and parasols.
In addition, there is a barbecue and toilets nearby.

You can request early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do its best to accommodate any request according to availability.
House rules
- Children welcome (1-12 years)
- Infants welcome (under 12 months)
- The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
- Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.
- No loud noise after 11.00pm
- Outdoor fire is forbidden from May to October.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property
- Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed without authorization
Cancellation
- If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (50% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
