Mediterranean-style villa with five bedrooms and four bathrooms set in one of the finest areas close to the golf courses of Santa Ponsa. Villa Esmeralda is designed to the highest standards throughout. The property is distributed over two floors plus a large roof terrace with a terrace and is surrounded by a garden plot. The comfortable and spacious living room with dining area and fireplace and the ample kitchen both give access to the spacious pool terrace.

This amazing villa has two large porches with dining table and a cosy chill-out area. In addition, you can swim in a large heated pool (12 x 5.5 m) set in a well-kept garden. The villa offers a special highlight – the big roof terrace offers an amazing view, sun loungers and a barbecue area. Only 2 km away you can also find the luxury marina of Port Adriano with excellent restaurants and shops.

  • On the ground floor there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom together with the remaining rooms are spread over the first floor.
  • The master bedroom bathroom is the only one equipped with a bathtub. In the master bedroom there is also a dressing room.
  • On the first floor, only two of the three remaining bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

The following extras apply to the booking, payable in cash on arrival:

  • A general energy allowance of 150 euros/week is charged throughout the year to be paid in cash on arrival.
  • € 600 for final cleaning to be paid in cash on arrival.
  • Heated Pool cost is 300€ per week ( on request) 

Ecotax is not included in the price (2,2€/adult/night) 

  • A mid-stay clean is available on request at the time of booking. Costs for mid-stay clean: 
    - change of bed linen and towels €250
    - cleaning per hour €20

 

Refundable damage deposit

This property has a security damage deposit of 3.000€. This amount will be charged with your payment and refunded between 2 and 7 days after check-out.

You can request early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do its best to accommodate any request according to availability.

House rules
  • Children welcome (1-12 years)
  • Infants welcome (under 12 months)
  • The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
  • It is mandatory to respect the maximum occupancy during the whole stay.
  • Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.
  • Pets are not allowed
  • No loud noise after 11.00pm
  • Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the property

Please, ask for switch on or off the system of security cameras and video recording set in the garden.

Cancellation
  • If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
  • If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
  • If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
