At the Can Gelat estate you will find two spacious villas for 10 persons each. Luxuriously decorated with unique hand-picked works of art from around the world and a style that mixes Italian design with Mallorcan charm.
The villas can be rented separately or together and can be booked with full service. Villa Gelat Baix and Dalt provide the perfect location with great luxury and offer maximum privacy. Located between the lovely towns of Selva and Moscari, you will be overwhelmed by the sweeping sea views towards Alcudia Bay and the Tramuntana mountains. Take a unique stroll on the stunning 20 hectares of vineyard, forest and Mediterranean gardens. You can also enjoy a grass tennis court set in the middle of the two villas.
A 15-metre porch attached to a stone-lined facade is the perfect environment to enjoy the warm day and fresh Mediterranean night. In addition, the terrace has great views as far as the eye can see. If you are the chef of the house, enjoy its fabulous barbecue with a Big Green Egg barbecue.

House rules
- The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property

Cancellation
- If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
