About this villa

Enjoy your relaxed holidays in style at this private villa with great views of Selva and the Tramuntana mountains. The highlight of this estate is its well-kept outside space, with manicured lawns, swan neck pool and local ornamental trees. In addition, it has a barbecue area attached to the pool to enjoy the sunshine all hours of the day.

The villa is surrounded by a terrace with Doric columns and covered by boat sails that help keep you cool on warmer days. Here, sitting on a deck chair is a particularly lovely spot to enjoy a glass of local wine. At the entrance of the estate, we find a spectacular fountain and a beautiful olive tree in front of the stone lined facade. From there we have access to the bright living room with fireplace, a toilet and the large dining room from which we can access the large kitchen with pantry and have direct access to the garden. The ground floor includes one bedroom complete with an ensuite bathroom and a dressing room.

On the first floor there are three luxury bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms with jacuzzi and private balcony. All of them also have air conditioning, minibar, safe, hairdryer, dressing room, private terrace, radio, wifi, alarm clock and satellite TV, and you use a card to access and activate the lights.

House rules

  • The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
  • Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.

  • Outdoor fire is forbidden from May to October.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the property
  • There is no maximum occupancy limit during stay.

Cancellation
  • If the guest cancels more than 30 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
  • If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
  • If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
