This magnificent luxury property is located in an unbeatable position. It's overlooking the north coast between the charming villages of Mosacri and Selva, at the highest point of a hill. Keeping the Mediterranean charm, the villa is luxuriously decorated with Italian design mixed with unique hand-picked works of art from around the world.

You'll be pleasantly surprised by both its exterior and interior areas. The pool area is fully equipped with a barbecue and outdoor furniture to enjoy the warm Mallorcan days. There are several terraces and plenty of sunbathing possibilities, and the natural breeze makes it a pleasure to lounge by the pool, even in midsummer. Luxury loungers and parasols are also provided.

Take a unique stroll around the stunning 20 hectares of private vineyard and Mediterranean gardens. If you want to practise sports, you also have at your disposal a grass tennis court and basketball.

Have fun with friends or family in the well-equipped game room. Play some pool or choose from one of the many board games to pass the time. If you want to have a quiet night in, head to the fully equipped cinema room with 4k projector screen and Netflix or watch your favourite sports team on the big screen.

All bedrooms are provided with comfortable Schramm beds with crisp cotton and private ensuite bathrooms with top-quality towels.

Get lost in the large plot on a pleasant walk among fruit trees dotted around the 20-hectare estate, walk around the vineyard and explore the garden on your own.

We can always separate the beds, so we can set them up as a double (connected sheets) or individual. 2 single beds

In mid-high and peak season bookings from Saturday to Saturday. In low season from 3 nights to start every day.

House rules
  • The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property

Cancellation
  • If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
  • If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
  • If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
