This exquisite luxury villa with eight bedrooms (plus a pool suite and a Olive Grove Studio & Suite,  both at extra cost) is located in the picturesque valley of Soller. It's nestled in 50 acres of olive grove and verdant terraces that offer panoramic views from numerous vantage points. 

Villa Olivera is a traditional and quiet Mallorcan finca with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beautiful views with multiple places to dine in. You can relax with a book, hold a family event, or host a wedding for up to 60 people as this villa combines privacy with the historic value of an oil press now used as a dining room.

There is also a yoga studio and tennis court on the property. While the property’s restoration has added touches of modern luxury, it hasn’t lost any of its traditional architectural charm. We can find eight bedrooms in its main villa and one in a pool suite. Each of the main house bedrooms has a double bed and ensuite bathroom, and many have lounge areas or terrace access.

The pool suite has a double bed and ensuite bathroom, as well as a lounge area and kitchenette that make it a wonderful retreat for a couple seeking honeymoon-style privacy.

The house is licensed to sleep up to 18 people, including children and babies, so, this is the maximum capacity of the villa.

Bed linen and towel changes

  • Extra change of bed linen has an additional cost of 25€ per double bed and 20€ per single bed.
  • For the extra change of bath and pool towels, the fee of 4€ is charged per towel.

Extra maid service

  • Additional maid service is on rate of 20€/hour from Monday to Saturday and 25€/hour on Sundays.
  • Laundry service is not inlcluded in the rate. Personal laundry is done at 20€/hour from Monday to Saturday and 25€/hour on Sundays.

Refundable damage deposit

This property has a security damage deposit of 5.000€. This amount will be charged with your payment and refunded between 2 and 7 days after check-out.

House rules
  • The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
  • It is mandatory to respect the maximum occupancy during the whole stay.
  • Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the property
  • Pets are not allowed without authorization
  • No parties or events

Cancellation
  • If the guest cancels more than 90 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (30% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
  • If the guest cancels less than 90 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
  • If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
