Once you pass through the large sliding windows you will enjoy a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining area. On the same level, you will also find three double bedrooms and one master bedroom, each with its own bathroom, plus a courtesy toilet. At the lower level, you can find the garage, which is spacious enough to practice any kind of fitness activity. There is also a chill-out space, that offers all the amenities of a living room but in a much more intimate atmosphere.

The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property

Pets are not allowed without authorization
Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
No loud noise after 11.00pm
Cancellation
If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
