Villa Mossa 1 - ETV 7058. This serene yet stylish villa is located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Mallorca, and offers the perfect balance between state-of-the-art design and inviting cosiness. Its surroundings overflowing with verdant flora will certainly aid peacefulness and calm. Stepping inside Oblong Villa you soon discover that no detail has been spared in creating its aesthetic appeal. You'll find the same exploring its outdoor area, too, with its spacious garden and high trees, its cosy chill-out area and elegant pool.
Once you pass through the large sliding windows you will enjoy a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining area. On the same level, you will also find three double bedrooms and one master bedroom, each with its own bathroom, plus a courtesy toilet. At the lower level, you can find the garage, which is spacious enough to practice any kind of fitness activity. There is also a chill-out space, that offers all the amenities of a living room but in a much more intimate atmosphere.

House rules

- Infants welcome (under 12 months)
- The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
- It is mandatory to respect the maximum occupancy during the whole stay.
- Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property
- Pets are not allowed without authorization
- Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
- No loud noise after 11.00pm
Cancellation
- If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
