The special offers and discounts published by Mallorca Collection, of the companies or persons offering the holiday rentals, will only be valid between the dates established by said companies or persons, and will therefore not be applied to rentals made before or after the date of the offer/discount offered by said companies or persons.
Exemption from liability
Mallorca Collection acts as a search engine for holiday home rental offers from other third party companies or persons, who are the lessors. Our task is to act as an intermediary between the end customer and the holiday lettings service providers. We are not responsible for the provision of the service, because we do not provide it ourselves. Nor are we liable for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of using the information contained on this website. We are also not liable for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of accessing or otherwise using any information or material via web links from this site, or as a result of your inability to access or use this site or its web links.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of accessing or using this website or other material on this website, except if the damage is:
- Personal injury or death (due to our negligence)
- Caused by fraud
- Any other matter for which it is unlawful for us to exclude our liability.
Subscriber

Booking conditions:
By booking through us we assume that you have read these conditions and those of the supplier of the service you are booking.
Booking
Please check that all names, dates and times are correct on each document and let us know immediately in case of any errors. Please make sure that the names match those on the passport.
If at the time of confirmation you notice any incorrect details, please let us know immediately as no changes can be made at a later date if you do not notify us of the problem.
Your personal details will only be provided to the company and staff responsible for your booking and, where required by law, to public authorities (applying any personal information you may provide such as disability, diet or religion). In any case, our data privacy policy is available on our website.
Payments
You will be required to pay a deposit of between 25% and 50% of the total and make full payment between 60 and 30 days prior to check-in depending on the property you are booking.
If payment is not received by the due date, your booking may be cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking you must notify us of the cancellation with a written statement (by email) or you can also call us. The cancellation will only be effective when you have received a confirmation email from us. The cancellation policy will be specified for each property.
Special requests
If you have any special requests, please let us know at the time of booking so that we can try to accommodate them. If you let us know after booking, we will still try, but it will be more difficult.
Agency bookings
You may purchase other services (such as car hire) that you have found on our website. Each component will be provided by a third party, so the contract will be with the individual suppliers and not with us. We have no liability for the acts or omissions of the services provided by these third parties whom you find through our website and with whom you are contracting directly.
Travel
We can provide you with general information about passport and visa requirements for your travel to Mallorca, but it is your responsibility to check the requirements before you travel. We cannot be held responsible if you are unable to travel because you do not have the required documentation.
Complaints
Any complaints or problems during your holiday should be reported as soon as possible so that we can investigate and deal with your complaint in good time. The compensation you may be entitled to from the manager or property may be reduced or not received depending on the circumstances.
Force majeure
We will not be liable or pay any compensation if our obligations are affected by any event which we could not foresee or prevent. Events such as war, terrorist activity, labour disputes, natural disasters, fire, biological disasters and others beyond our control.
Law
These terms and conditions of business are governed by Spanish law.
