The Mallorcan landscape is famous for its caves and ravines. There are several caves to be explored on the island, that is why caving is a great activity to do with family or friends here. The Drach Caves in Porto Cristo are the most famous in Mallorca, they are 2.4 km long and include a lake inside that can be crossed by boat.

If you have a more adventurous spirit, canyoning, rock-climbing or trekking are also thrilling experiences. These sports can be enjoyed during the whole year and there are different types of excursions depending on your fitness level. On the one hand, if you are interested in canyoning we suggest the Coanegra Torrent for beginners, Na Mora Torrent for those who are more experienced and Sa Fosca Torrent for experts. On the other hand, if you are more attracted to rock climbing, you could aim for the top of Puig de Garrafa, Sa Gubia or La Creueta.

  • Ask about the final approach, road surface, slopes and parking. These details matter for a low car, a larger vehicle or guests with mobility needs. A rural address alone does not describe the driveway.

  • No. A house may overlook farmland and still have neighbours, agricultural activity or a shared access road. Explain whether privacy around the pool or distance from other buildings matters most, so the specific setting can be checked.

  • They can offer lovely space for time together, but check the layout and grounds carefully. Terraces, uneven paths, pools and bedroom access differ. Share children’s ages and any needs before deciding which house suits your family.
