About this villa
Located in Palma, this quality villa features particularly spacious interiors that create a feeling of openness. The house is surrounded by a garden with colourful flowers and a pool with a fence, so ideal for families with children. Despite having a vintage aesthetic, it has modern touches that guarantee the comforts you expect on holiday.
The villa is split into two floors connected by stairs. On the ground floor you find a fully-equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, work space and two living rooms with a big TV screen and a dining table. In addition, there is a bathroom and a guest toilet in the entrance. On the second floor, there are two double bedrooms including the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and private wardrobe.
From the main living room you have access to the pool area and two chill-out areas with an outdoor dining table where you can fire up the charcoal barbecue with family or friends. The pool is surrounded by a strip of grass where you can flop on sun loungers too.
The villa is located a quiet residential area, next to tennis courts and other entertainment. Furthermore, it's 10 minutes by car to the city centre and the lively neighbourhood of Santa Catalina where you can enjoy great dining and lively nightlife.

The Neighborhood
The villa's big advantage is its location, as it is situated close to the ring road, which connects quickly to the most beautiful beaches of the island. The neighbourhood is very quiet in an area of detached houses. A few minutes' walk away are paddle and tennis courts. There are three golf courses in the area (Son Vida, Son Muntaner and Son Quint). A supermarket is within walking distance of the villa. The area is also well served by city buses, it takes less than a 10 minutes from the centre of Palma.

Cancellation
- If the guest cancels more than 30 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
