About this villa
The Splendid Villa is situated between Pollensa and Port de Pollensa, with a short distance to the sea and to the charming village of Pollensa town. The surroundings of the house are truly outstanding. A huge garden comes with a large pool, barbecue, small outdoor kitchen, a porch and dining area. If you are keen on sports, the Splendid Villa offers you a unique stay with its own private tennis court.
A stone path leads to the entrance of the property and to its comfortable terrace with sofas and a big dining table. The Splendid Villa consists of the main house with the main entrance and an ancient oil mill. The ground floor has a living room with a fireplace, another small living room, a TV room and a bathroom. On the same floor, you will also find a spacious dining room connected to a large kitchen with a big pantry. Three big bedrooms, one of them with its own bathroom, another separate bathroom are also located on this floor.
On the first floor, there is another living room with a fireplace, with stunning views over the mountains and the whole property. You can also enjoy privacy in the office located on this floor. On this floor, there is also a master bedroom with direct access to a terrace and a large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet. There is also another bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and its own private terrace. Separate from the main house is a building with two independent apartments. Each apartment has one bedroom and it can be rented for two guests each.

- The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
- It is mandatory to respect the maximum occupancy during the whole stay.

Cancellation
- If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (50% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
