Can Bosquerro

This beautiful Mediterranean house is located near the sandy beaches of Es Trenc and Sa Rapita. This place is well known by locals thanks to its calm and relaxed atmosphere. Undoubtedly a place for a family holiday where you can enjoy outdoor activities and be near to the beach.

The house is split into two floors and has both sunny terraces and shady porches. The main access is through a sliding door from the porch to the living room, where we find the TV, sofas, fireplace and a dining table. Behind it we reach the fully equipped kitchen. From this kitchen you have access to the backyard with another shady porch. Furthermore, this ground floor has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a shower. These two bedrooms are ideal for children, one has a bunk bed and the other has a double bed. 

On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a private terrace, a comfortable private lounge with TV and an ensuite bathroom. The private terrace has two chairs and a table to enjoy an evening glass of wine. 

This property doesn't have private parking. The street in front of the house has a blue zone restricted parking with tickets available for a fee from a machine. We recommend parking in the free area three streets away from the entrance.
